About Us
Sterling Home Services is a professional Move Management company based in Bucks County, PA, and serving the surrounding areas of Bucks and Montgomery Counties as well as central New Jersey. We are dedicated to assisting older adults with right-sizing their homes to fit their current needs, whether the goal is to move to a new home or to safely stay in place but with less cluttered spaces.
Officially formed in 2020, Sterling Home Services is staffed by professional Move Managers with over 35 collective years of move management experience and a passion for working with older adults and their families. Our mission is to minimize the chaos and stress associated with right-sizing and moving by addressing all aspects of the process. Working with the client, we create an action plan from beginning to end, customized to our client's wishes. We understand the physical challenges of moving but are also sensitive the emotional side of leaving a home and starting a new normal.

Floor plan
Using a floor plan of your new residence, we will work with you to lay out the furniture and belongings you would like to take. Our goal is a safe and comfortable environment that reflects your new lifestyle.
Organize, sort and declutter
Organizing and decluttering in advance of a move is the single most important thing you can do to save money and reduce stress. We guide you through the process, separating items going with you, and items to sell, donate or discard. Organizing before listing your house sets the stage for a quick and profitable sale. We can provide advice and structure, or hands-on help to get the job done.
Pack, unpack and resettle
We professionally pack all of your belongings, using digital photos and careful labeling, so items can be placed in the appropriate spots at your new residence. We unpack and put away, resettle and recreate the look and feel of your former home. When we are finished, your bed is made, your kitchen is set up, your computer and TV are reconnected, and every carton and piece of packing paper is removed.
Arrange and coordinate moves and shipping
We have relationships with movers and shippers who have demonstrated exceptional care and customer service, time and time again. We are happy to recommend, schedule and coordinate with movers, confirming the date, time, crew size, interim stops, loading docks and elevator availability and all move day details. As important, we look at the big-picture issues and discuss how to create the best move experience for you. We work with small shipment specialists to identify the most economical way to send items to family members located elsewhere.
Coordinate donations and cleanouts
We can arrange for the donation or disposal of any items left in your home. If you have items you would like to sell, we have a network of antique dealers and estate liquidators who we can refer you to.
